So Gizzards will be a healing gain over PE on <15 targets. This assumed 100% uptime on all mobs which is near impossible. You would gain 45 % IAS with 100% dot uptime on them which would put you at 2.15 APS and 6.6 TPS with WW assuming 50% CHC that's 3.3% HPS per mob vs 2.52% per mob w/o PE. If you were using Pain Enhancer gem and gaining 3% IAS per bleeding mob and fighting a decent sized pack, lets say 15 mobs. So with pack sizes greater than 4 blood funnel healing will overtake gizzards. It heals for 1% of your HP per crit with WW (DD aswell? Unsure.) So w/ 1.6 APS which gives WW 5.45 ticks per second and a 50% CHC that's 2.52~% HP (12.6k for 500k) per second on a single mob. Gizzard healing is constant where WW Blood Funnel scales with APS, CHC, your HP, and mob pack size. The other gem seems a little harder to pick. To mean bane of the trapped and taeguk seem like obvious choices (also I use rend-mutilate, because +10% dmg is way more than you could get with any other rune, and it also chills, which helps Bane of the Trapped proc even when you arent near). Or we could use Bane of the Powerful for the 15% elite bonus but we would only ahve the +20% dmg for parts of the rift. Also it would help make sure we dont have to rend as much to reset WoTB. If we used Gogok instead we would get 15% attackspeed, regardless of how many enemies. During the rift we get maybe 10 mobs within 20 feet, giving 30% (which is really good). Against the rift guardian, this might just be 3%. So picking this gem seems like it is mostly for the attack speed. The DoT portion of the gem should only make up for about 3% of total damage, for a lot of reasons, including attack speed prioritization.
